Co-FounderI'm Joseph, a California native and father of two boys. I'm passionate about the outdoors, particularly backpacking and exploring the Sierra Foothills and Nevada Deserts. I also love dirt biking in these regions, soaking up the beauty and tranquility.
Staying active is essential to me, whether it's working out or going for a run. My commitment to physical fitness extends to the community as I volunteer as a coach for youth soccer and flag football. I find joy in teaching the next generation about teamwork, discipline, and the joy of sports.
Being a father and a coach allows me to be involved in the lives of young people in my community. I believe in setting a good example, both in terms of fitness and character, and I'm committed to creating a positive impact wherever I go.

Co-FounderThis “About Me” page is difficult for me as I sincerely try not to make myself my favorite subject. I have been in Northern California my whole life. Raised my family here. I love where I live and my community. I am involved in several leadership organizations that seek to inspire personal responsibility. I am and always will be a Shriner in support of Shriners Hospitals for Children.
I have been in the in-home service industry for over 20 years. Started my first business adventure in 2002 while still working in the corporate world. I left the corporate world by 2005 and by 2008 had quadrupled my business to four locations. After 20 years I needed a change. I sold and started my internship into home and commercial audio video with a long established and incredible mentor.
Audio Video is a constantly evolving field. The evolution of technology humbles me from being a “know it all” to an “I don’t know it all; but I’ll figure it out”. I love this business because it’s about finding solutions that work for our customers. Every opportunity with a customer in this business is unique. Changing technology keeps it even more challenging. Being in service by creating relationships and finding solutions for our customers keeps me grounded in my purpose.
